That said, the food at the buffet was the usual.though I think the Lobster is not quite as fresh as it was several months ago. I will no longer be a patron of Pala for food or entertainment.whether I am alone or with my family. I will be sure to pass on this message to others as well with every opportunity that I am given. I can't see any other reason for charging full price for babies other than to dissuade families from dining in its restaurant. The only reason I can see for this policy is that Pala wants to send a clear message that babies/children are not welcome in its establishment. It is true that Pala can set whatever policies it wants for it's customers, but that is one of the worst policies for children I have ever heard. Let me repeat.Babies over 12 months old are now charged full adult price for the buffet at Pala Casino! WHAT? If this seems reasonable to other readers/diners, then perhaps I am the exception.
After the wait which we expected, I was greeted at the Payment counter and the following conversation occurred: Pala: How many in your party? Me: 4 adults Pala: How old is your baby? Me: 18 months (The question took me by surprise) Pala: You will have to pay for a party of 5 Me: How much do you charge for a baby Pala: Babies are charged full price. I recently visited the Choices buffet at Pala Casino (June 5th, 2014) to enjoy the Lobster buffet dinner with my family of 5.
